Ali Larijani, Chairman of the Iranian Supreme National Security Council, on Monday refuted claims that Tehran is seeking to resume negotiations with Washington.<\/p>\n

Larijani emphasized that Iran would not engage in any dialogue with the US.<\/p>\n

In a statement posted to the social media platform X, Larijani responded to widespread reports suggesting that Tehran is exploring avenues to initiate negotiations with Washington. Referencing reports from Al Jazeera, which cited The Wall Street Journal, alleging that Larijani was attempting to restart talks with Washington through Omani mediation, Larijani categorically stated, \u201cWe will not negotiate with the US.\u201d<\/p>\n

In a separate post, Larijani responded to remarks made by US President Donald Trump regarding Iran. Accusing Trump of driving the region into chaos through \u201cempty illusions,\u201d Larijani stated, \u201cTrump is currently anxious about further casualties among American troops. Through his own fallacies, he has transformed the \u2018America First\u2019 slogan into \u2018Israel First,\u2019 sacrificing American soldiers for the sake of Israel\u2019s thirst for power.\u201d<\/p>\n

Larijani further accused Trump of \u201cforcing American soldiers and their families to pay the price through new lies.\u201d<\/p>\n

Following joint US-Israel strikes initiated on Saturday, numerous high-ranking Iranian officials, including Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, were killed.<\/p>\n

The Tehran administration responded with drone and missile strikes targeting Gulf nations. The clashes have resulted in the deaths of 3 US personnel, with 5 others sustaining serious injuries.<\/p>\n

The news portal Clash Report stated that a US F-15 fighter jet has crashed in Kuwait. According to the report, the pilot successfully ejected from the aircraft.<\/p>\n

The US Department of State has issued an advisory urging American citizens to review their travel plans to Kuwait, citing security threats in the region stemming from the military operations against Iran and Tehran\u2019s retaliatory actions.<\/p>\n

According to the newspaper Yedioth Ahronoth, prior to the operation, US officials had anticipated<\/a><\/span> a 4-5 day campaign that would force Iran to the negotiating table in a weakened state.<\/p>\n

A source indicated that a US official proposed a ceasefire through Italian mediation; however, Iran has definitively rejected this offer.<\/p>\n
