According to The Times of Israel<\/i>, as part of the ceasefire agreement, Israel requested that Palestinians convicted of the most serious crimes not be sent to Gaza or the West Bank. Egypt has authorized the temporary admission of 70 prisoners, who are currently in Cairo.<\/p>\n
According to a regional official and an Arab diplomat, T\u00fcrkiye has agreed to take about 15 of the prisoners. Qatar is expected to host the remaining prisoners.
