According to the Yedioth Ahronoth<\/em> newspaper, the number of applications to the program launched by the Israeli Ministry of Defence a month and a half ago for soldiers to receive psychotherapy has reached 170,000.<\/p>\n The news reported that many reserve soldiers who participated in the attacks in the Gaza Strip were seeking psychological treatment and had difficulty finding a psychologist to provide therapy.<\/p>\n It was also reported that the ministry had difficulty meeting the high demand for the psychological support program launched to facilitate the return of soldiers to normal life.<\/p>\n In a statement made by the Israeli Ministry of Defence, it was indicated that 150 therapists were included in the program within the ministry last week.
